KCMO residents receive free admission to National World War I Museum in Jan., Feb.

Res­i­dents of Kansas City, Mis­souri, will receive two free admis­sion tick­ets to the National World War I Museum at Lib­erty Memo­r­ial dur­ing the first two months of 2013.

Res­i­dents can show a photo ID in addi­tion to a util­ity or other bill with a Kansas City, Mis­souri, address at the Museum Store to receive their two free tick­ets in Jan­u­ary or February.

Residents of Kansas City, Missouri, will receive two free admission tickets to the National World War I Museum at Liberty Memorial during the first two months of 2013.

The com­pli­men­tary admis­sion is offered in recog­ni­tion of the ongo­ing part­ner­ship between the National World War I Museum at Lib­erty Memo­r­ial, the Kansas City Parks and Recre­ation Depart­ment and the City of Kansas City, Missouri.

“We are pleased to be able to offer free admis­sion to the res­i­dents of Kansas City, Mis­souri, for their stead­fast sup­port of the National World War I Museum at Lib­erty Memo­r­ial,” said Dr. Mary Cohen, Board of Trustees Chair. “We hope res­i­dents will take this oppor­tu­nity to explore the nation’s only museum ded­i­cated to the Great War.”

Tick­ets allow vis­i­tors access to all gal­leries, spe­cial exhi­bi­tions and the Lib­erty Memo­r­ial Tower. Dur­ing the win­ter months, the Museum is open Tues­day through Sun­day from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
